Timba Paradise reaches its ninth edition in 2026, held at the Congresshalle in Saarbrücken, a short walk from the station and most of the city's hotels.
It runs Thursday to Sunday across bootcamp, workshops, concerts and parties, with Acarey billed for a live concert. Each night has its own announced dress code, which tells you something about how the festival sees itself: closer to an occasion than a weekend of classes.
The practical side is unusually well handled. The organisers publish a handbook in English, French and German, and list the nearest hotels with phone numbers rather than leaving you to work it out.
